On October 1, Summit Packaging Systems proudly welcomed employees from around the globe to our headquarters in Manchester, NH, for an enriching week of training, team building, and a special dinner to celebrate the company's outstanding achievements over the past year.
Training and Team Building
The event kicked off with an engaging training session led by Del Gilbert of Accelerating Excellence with Del Gilbert, who provided invaluable insights and strategies to enhance personal and professional growth.
Following the training, employees participated in an exciting team-building activity organized by the company TeamBonding. The challenge required groups to communicate ideas effectively while constructing sections of a road to various specifications with the overall goal that all sections of the road would connect and be sturdy enough to support a remote-controlled car. This activity fostered collaboration and problem-solving skills, essential elements in Summit's ongoing success.
A Night of Celebration
The week culminated in a celebratory sales dinner, highlighting Summit's prodigious growth and expansion. The sales team shared their impressive statistics and results while new and upcoming projects were presented, including updates on the company's additional expansion goals.
A key highlight of the evening was honoring employees who reached significant employment milestones, celebrating those with 40, 30, and 20 years of dedicated service to Summit Packaging Systems.
