Springtime blooms with possibilities and joy, and at Summit’s Manchester, NH, and Racine, WI facilities, it was also a time for celebrating our team. As a show of appreciation, Summit gifted spiral-cut hams to all employees—just in time for Easter. (To ensure an inclusive celebration, we gave gift cards to those with varying religious or dietary preferences.)
In the spirit of the season, we had a special visit from the Easter Bunny and his Farmer Friend—a.k.a. SPS Safety Coordinator Roy Diaz and Lead Maintenance Mechanic John Richter. The duo donned festive and cheerful costumes during the ham/gift card distribution, bringing a wave of smiles and laughter.
This light-hearted event added a splash of fun to our daily work routine, reinforcing the strong community spirit within our company. At Summit Packaging Systems, it’s not just about the work—it’s about our people. This type of employee event is one of the many ways we strive to show inclusive appreciation and care for our team—going beyond the standard pay and benefits.
Summit Packaging Systems is committed to maintaining a supportive and caring work environment as we grow and serve our clients. Visit our website to learn about career opportunities at SPS.
